Call for Expression of Interest for positions at the lnterdisciplinary Research Center on Sustainability and Climate

The Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in view of the possible opening of positions at the lnterdisciplinary Research Center on Sustainability and Climate is seeking expressions of interest by potential candidates interested in joining our community.

Positions may concern a wide range of disciplines but they will characterized by a disposition to interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary work and to innovation both in the contents and in the methodology of research.

Rrelevant research strands that may be of interest for future openings are: Decarbonization, energy, circular economy and reduction of greenhouse gas emission but also  proposals of different research strands are welcomed.

Interested individuals should submit their expressions of interest to the email address scouting@santannapisa.it, indicating the code CI-CISC in the subject line

Candidates are required to fill the self-assessment questionnaire reported in the downloadable Annex document, indicating the strand (decarbonization, energy, circular economy, reduction of greenhouse gas emission  or others) that best fits their profile. Candidates may also include a statement describing their research and motivating their interest (3-page maximum), as well as a CV.

TIMELINE: We will start reviewing expressions of interest on 15/05/2024, and then continue our evaluation throughout the year – with additional monitoring cut-offs tentatively set for July, September and December 2024.

All correspondence and expressions of interest will be kept strictly confidential. Knowledge of the Italian language is not required, but the ability to teach in English is mandatory.
